the farm

Located inside Azienda Agricola Limone, which is 280 hectares wide,
amidst country fields and woods, only 3 km far from the city center
and the Ferry Port, Residence �La Querciolaia� is an old colonic
house of the 19^th century, which has been restored 
using various principles of the bioarchitecture.

The small number of rooms makes for 
a very familiar and relaxing environment.The building offers private parking, bar, restaurant 
(typical tuscany food) and 8 rooms, 
all equipped with private bathroom, 
6 of them with kitchen, with 2, 3 or 4 beds, 
TV and air conditioning. Guests also have access to a wide garden 
surrounded by countryside and woods, 
and a common hall with fireplace.

The customers can take advantage of the paths in the woods, 
to be done on foot, with the mountain bike or horse-riding 
(riding school available near the residence).
They also have the opportunity to entertain themselves 
with several activities like archery, various courses, 
environmental tourist guides etc. 
Customers can also have discounts with sea establishments, 
diving or sailing schools, and visit Livorno 
and the nearby artistic cities (Lucca, Pisa, Firenze).
