All three apartments have a kitchen or cooking area, an independent entrance and private external space. They are all decorated with antique pieces of furniture, wrought iron bed frames, and bed covers and draperies whose colours are brought to life by the chestnut wood ceilings.
There is also a splendid swimming pool for the hot summer days, a solarium for relaxation and a ping pong table for entertainment.

Arezzo is capital of the province toscana. Between the eleventh and fourteenth sec.Arezzo was of its greatest splendor ( "Arretium") was an important Etruscan perched between the Parish Church, the Cathedral and fortress. Celebrities illustrious of the city like Petrarca, Vasari e l'Aretino. Important places to visit are the Church of St. Francis with paintings of Pier Jenn (The Legend of the Cross) and the Parish Church of St. Mary, the most beautiful church of Arezzo.

Past the tool of Arezzo, continue into the town,look out for Stadium sign and near it (you see a roundabout with a monument). Continue towards Marchionna-Pantano, carry straight on as far as the traffic lights and then as far as the roundabout, go straight on until the following roundabout, turn right and straight on until the sign of Peneto then turn left and keeping always to the left continue for 150 meters, and at the sign Arezzo Resort turn right.
From Ancona: Motorway A-14 in direction of Bologna, exit at Cesena-North
From here take the branch road E-45 in direction of Roma-Perugia. Once in Sansepolcro, go off and carry on in the direction of Arezzo. After the crossing of the small towns Le Ville and Ranco, you are at Palazzo del Pero. Driving on along the road to Arezzo, after about 1 Km, turn right to a crossroads which shows Scopetone Col.
You have to go up and than go down as for as La Pace resort. As soon as the road becomes flat, turn right on to a small bridge in the direction of Peneto. Carry on and keep to the left. After about 200 metres you will see the signpost Arezzo Resort.
