The villa, historic residence of the 17th century and the park offer an exceptional location.The building recently underwent substantial renovations in order to combine the modern needs with the atmosphere of an old and noble residence. The external arrangement of the Italian garden on the south, of the farmyard on the north and of the fountains, give it particular fascinating features.The hall on the ground floor can accommodate until 180 persons and even more thanks to the arrangement of the huge garden which represents the ideal solution for a refined and unforgettable wedding even with many guests.The first floor, provided with welcome room, guest rooms, library and lounge is suitable for the organization of congresses, meetings and conferences with an elegant setting until 50 persons.

You will enjoy the wonderful Italian garden on one side and the swimming pool on the other side thanks to a pleasant sheltered space where it is possible to organize convivial dinners, parties, gala nights but also meetings, conferences and work meetings.Special shelters allow to welcome the guests in case of wind or rain and also during the winter.
The charming annexe of the villa will give you precious days of rest and sweet kindnesses immersed in nature and will make every moment of your stay special.The breakfast room whets its guest�s appetite with an elegant Bed and Breakfast service and the local delicacies of the fine Italian breakfast.The 11 themed rooms, all different, have been furnished with taste and creativity by the landlady. They have the best facilities: kettle, linen bedding, television and air conditioning to make each type of stay pleasant.
