 �Il Belvedere� has two holiday apartments (MALVA 1 and MALVA 2) made from two recently restructured old haybarns.
There�s an approximately one hectare sized Italian garden-park, inside which there�s, apart the owner�s house, a swimming pool, a large solarium, and above all a lot of peace and tranquillity...
Both apartments have their own private entrance with a covered parking place and a large shaded veranda looking out onto the garden. Available for free internet wi-fi connection on the whole garden area.
For those who love nature and the Tuscany countryside, the indipendent country villa �L�Oliveta� is the ideal holiday destination in Italy.
The country villa is situated in the Aretine Chianti hills at the foot of Mt. Pratomagno and consist of a farmhouse originally built in 1806 but carefully restructured to maintain its exquisite rustic characteristics: wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, antique wood-burning bread oven.
The farmhouse has the following facilities: a swimming pool with a panoramic view and an adiacent solarium, an outdoor hydromassage tub, a shared car park, an outside laundry area with 2 washing machines and a large private garden with a barbecue and a large terrace with a panoramic view of the valley.
�L�Oliveta Country Villa� is completely surrounded by hectares of typical terraced olive groves and offers a beautiful view over the Arno Valley to the Sienese Chianti hills beyond, but above all the opportunity of taking long walks in the chestnut and beech forests of Pratomagno to feel fully immersed in nature.

Everyone knows about the famed beauty of the cities of Florence and Siena, but few know about the smaller treasures to be found in the Aretine Chianti hills, an area situated along the suggestively named road of �Setteponti�.
Just a few kilometers from our farmhouse �Il Belvedere� and �L�Oliveta�, it�s possible to vsit the antique town of Loro Ciuffenna with it�s splendid Romanesque bridge and overlooked by the 11th century church of S.Pietro at Gropina, recognized as a national monument by the Italian government.  There�s also the village of Castelfranco, planned by Arnolfo di Cambioin the 13th century, which maintains even today its Medieval urban and architectural characteristics.

Coming from A1 motoway
exit at 'Valdarno'.
-Turn on the right in direction Terranuova Bracciolini
- Montevarchi. After five hundred metres about: turn on the left in direction Terranuova Bracciolini
- follow the signs to Loro Ciuffenna.
-When you arrive to Loro Ciuffenna you find a roundabout near �Carabinieri�s station� and restaurant �Il Cipresso�;
-follow the sign to Castelfranco di Sopra and then you have to go on for about 5 km.
-When you find the yellow sign �Villa bel Poggio� and another one �Belvedere� you have to turn on the left in direction Belvedere.
- Go on till a black metal gate where lives Grifoni�s family, your holiday�s house.
