fhe Farmhouse SARALISA is situated in the hills of Montecarlo, a region where the most ronowned wines of Tuscany ripen. Here in a family atmosfere amidst extensive vineyards and olive groves one finds relaxation,and recreation during one's holiday. [t is a relatively short drive to Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Florence, piaced rich in art, tradition and history. In no time one can also be in well-known places like Montecatini Terme, Collodi and obviously also in Montecarlo.

The flats, entirely separated from each other, are well-appointed and each equipped with a fireplace. A washing machine is at the guests' disposal. In the garden there are a play area for children, a small garden pavilion and a barbecue. So one can also enioy eating in the open air. The Farmhouse SARALISA can accomodate up to 16 persons at one time in its three fiats. One of these is located in a flower-growing enterprise at Pescia, the others are at Montecarlo. Between remarkable treasures of art one can rediscover the medieval way of life, enjoy the pleasures of the typical cuisine of Tuscany, take a taste of the famous "Montecarlo Bianco D.O.C.", the wine which made this place known all over the world, or one can enter into cultural life: the most charming little theatre "dell'Accademia dei Rassicurati", a splendid architectural treasures, offers performances at an international level. Yet Montecarlo houses also other treasures like the "Porta Fiorentina", the "Porta Nuova" or the "Porta Imperiale". Once all these were part of the extensive fortifications. The church "Collegiata di Sant'Andrea" (16th century) most cortainly warrants a visit. The citadel "Rocca dei Cerruglio" was once the central point of the fortifications for the defence of Montecarlo.
